Job Description: Relationship Manager – Leasing
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager specialized to drive the leasing of assets to corporate clients across various segments. This role involves offering lease products to large, mid-sized, and small corporations, excluding healthcare assets, IT assets, and employee car leasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing, lending experience with exposure in the mid-market segment, or general lending experience.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their leasing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Lease Product Offerings:
- Present and promote lease products and solutions to clients, demonstrating value propositions and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize lease structures based on client requirements.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts and through prospecting.
- Expand the client base by acquiring new corporate clients and developing strategic partnerships.
- Deal Structuring and Negotiation:
- Analyze client financials and leasing requirements to structure competitive lease agreements.
- Lead negotiations and finalize lease transactions in alignment with company policies.
- Portfolio Management:
- Monitor and manage leased asset portfolios, tracking performance, lease expirations, and renewals.
- Proactively address client needs and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance leasing strategies.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and business strategies based on market insights.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assess credit risks associated with lease transactions and propose risk mitigation strategies.
