Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications.
- Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Implement security and data protection.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Develop and maintain software documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Python development.
- Strong experience with Flask.
- Proficiency in Docker for containerization.
- Solid understanding of Unix/Linux systems.
- Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and CI/CD.
