Position Purpose
- Process Orientation: Self-discipline to adhere to laid-down business and regulatory processes.
- Responsibility: Responsible for overall functioning of the region, including collections, cost management, process implementation, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on the financial parameters of the organization.
- Exhibit a proactive, “go-getter” attitude, deeply engaging at the grassroots level to achieve assigned tasks.
- Manage RCM/Center Managers based at vendor premises, ensuring effective execution of tasks.
- Preferably have experience in TC collections.
- Handle vendor management responsibilities, ensuring smooth coordination and efficiency.
- Possess a preference for local experience in the designated region.
- Oversee the management of both bank staff and external vendors, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support and drive performance improvements for external vendors.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications:
- Essential: Graduation
- Preferred: Postgraduate qualifications
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in collections, banking, or management preferred.
Experience:
- Essential: Minimum 10-12 years of experience, with a focus on people management in Telecalling or Field Team.
- Preferred: Dialer management, Frontend Credit Card Collections, SOC, and experience in credit card collections operating modes.

a. Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint: Proficient in using these tools for reporting and presentations.
- Communication: Strong command over language and presentation skills.
- Vendor Management: Ability to interact and handle vendors effectively to meet goals.
- Banking Knowledge: Basic knowledge of banking norms, regulations, and products.
- People Management: Ability to manage diverse teams (bank staff and vendors).
- Process Orientation: Self-discipline to ensure adherence to business and regulatory processes.
