As a TASC Relationship Manager at AU Bank, you will be responsible for managing relationships within the TASC (Trust, Association, Society, and Cooperative) sector across various locations, including Chandigarh, Patiala, Jalandhar, Amritsar, and Ludhiana. This role involves acquiring new clients, fostering long-term relationships, and driving business growth by offering customized banking solutions to the TASC segment. The position will require you to collaborate with both new and existing clients to achieve sales and revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Development: Identify, acquire, and onboard new TASC clients in your respective region (Chandigarh, Patiala, Jalandhar, Amritsar, and Ludhiana), such as trusts, associations, societies, and cooperatives.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and expand the TASC client portfolio by offering personalized banking products and services, including business loans, working capital finance, and investment solutions.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for products such as loans, deposits, cash management, and investment products tailored to the needs of TASC clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with AU Bank’s products and services, and handling any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Cross-Selling: Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities by understanding clients’ evolving financial needs and offering relevant banking solutions.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and the local financial landscape to ensure that AU Bank stays ahead in terms of service offerings and client engagement.
  • Customer Service & Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues quickly and effectively to maintain high client retention rates.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all transactions and client dealings comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Risk, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of services and meet client needs effectively.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics, providing timely updates to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in banking or financial services, with experience in managing relationships with TASC clients (trusts, associations, cooperatives).
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with banking products and services tailored to the TASC sector, including loans, working capital solutions, trade finance, and treasury management.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through relationship-building and business development.
  • Customer Focused: Strong client orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients from diverse sectors.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess clients’ needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of the banking landscape and business environment in Chandigarh, Patiala, Jalandhar, Amritsar, and Ludhiana.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of the relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements for the region.
