Role Overview/ Job Purpose:
The role entails sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent from various channels for the organization. The key focus lies in developing long-term recruitment strategies and fostering relationships with potential hires to build strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels to source candidates effectively.
- Employ direct sourcing techniques including cold calling and internet searches.
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through various channels like recruitment campaigns, networking groups, and referrals.
- Build relationships with team members, candidates, hiring managers, and leadership for execution excellence.
- Track and follow-up on candidates, generate job postings, conduct initial phone interviews, and explain the interview process to candidates.
- Gather market intelligence and understand the talent landscape in targeted locations.
- Maintain Talent Acquisition Data and share relevant information with stakeholders.
