Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SSIS/Talend to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into MS SQL Server databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop efficient ETL solutions.
- Develop and maintain database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, and functions in MS SQL Server.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Work closely with other team members, including data analysts and software developers, to integrate ETL processes with application systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an ETL developer with advanced skills in SSIS/Talend components.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server database development.
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling principles.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques in MS SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
