Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Relationship Manager (Service RM) to manage post-sales service, client onboarding, investment execution, and documentation processes for our HNI and UHNI clients. The ideal candidate will support Relationship Managers and act as the single point of contact for all service-related matters, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
🧾 Client Onboarding & Documentation
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients, including KYC completion and account activation.
- Manage end-to-end documentation for Bank, Demat, and Broking accounts.
- Ensure zero-error submission of account opening forms with supporting documents.
- Track pending documentation and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
- Maintain accurate MIS for documentation and waivers.
🔁 Transaction Processing & Portfolio Support
- Process financial and non-financial transactions across investment products within defined TAT.
- Handle transactions for Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products, Bonds, NCDs, and Real Estate Funds.
- Manage PMS inflows/redemptions and coordinate with product providers.
- Monitor and update client portfolios regularly.
🤝 Client Servicing & Relationship Support
- Act as the single point of contact for client service-related queries.
- Resolve service issues and manage escalations professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams (RMs, Investment Advisors, Legal, Tax, Estate Planners) to offer complete wealth solutions.
- Accompany RMs during client visits, as needed.
- Ensure timely greetings for birthdays, anniversaries, and festivals.
📊 Reporting & Coordination
- Generate and maintain MIS, transaction logs, and client servicing reports.
- Support the Relationship Team with client reviews, data reports, and back-end coordination.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Good knowledge of investment products (MFs, PMS, Bonds, Structured Products, etc.)
- Attention to detail and high process accuracy
- Familiarity with KYC, compliance, and account opening procedures
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting systems
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams
- Experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients is preferred
