Responsibilities:
- Update MS Exchange 2013 Server with the latest patches released by Microsoft.
- Perform maintenance, migration, patching, backup restore, and implementation of Exchange policies.
- Create bulk user mailboxes, perform deletion, and attribute modification using PowerShell and GUI.
- Manage distribution groups, dynamic DL creation, and adding/removing members.
- Handle email slowness issues, server errors, mailbox errors, and other related issues.
- Migrate mailboxes from existing databases to another and from Exchange to O365.
- Troubleshoot mail routing issues, mail tracking, and Non-Delivery Reports (NDR).
- Configure Email Address Policy and Transport rules as per organizational requirements and management.
- Handle email migration requests and incidents.
- Utilize Active Directory knowledge for Exchange-related tasks.
- Monitor MS-Exchange Server performance and health.
- Monitor mail queues for inbound and outbound emails.
- Provide technical support to customers and handle technical issues effectively.
- Troubleshoot Outlook issues, shared mailbox permissions, and other related matters.
Ideal Qualifications:

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration tasks.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and its integration with Exchange.
