  • Focus on generating high business volumes within the assigned location or segment to meet gross sales targets.
  • Continuously identify and onboard new clients to expand the client base.

3. Regulatory Compliance

Supporting Actions:

  • Ensure full compliance with all SEBI, AMFI, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Provide strategic support for delivering service excellence within the regulatory framework.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in all client interactions.

4. Brand Recall and Market Positioning for ABSLAMC

Supporting Actions:

  • Organize client engagement events, including meetings with Fund Managers, CEOs, and Sales Heads.
  • Share timely updates and product-related information with clients and prospects.
  • Encourage client referrals from their personal and social networks.
  • Position ABSLAMC as a one-stop wealth management solution for all investment-related needs.
