Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Muthoot Fincorp’s financial products such as gold loans, small business loans, insurance, and other services.
• Support branch-level sales targets through lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
• Educate customers about products, procedures, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Handle basic branch operational tasks, including customer onboarding, data entry, and KYC verification.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, local promotional activities, and customer engagement events.
• Maintain daily reports and update CRM systems as per company standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries or complaints.
