Position Purpose:
To acquire Non-Resident Indian (NRI) business through open market sales and cross-sell other bank products.
Responsibilities:
1. NRI Customer Acquisition & Product Knowledge:
- Acquiring new NRI customers through assigned branches.
- Strong understanding of products, processes, and ability to calculate returns (e.g., EMI, Yields, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, especially KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.
2. Performance in NR Champions:
- Add value to NR Champions’ performance.
- Ensure NR Channel achieves its revenue targets.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and other teams for new initiatives and service improvements.
- Collaborate with other business units to generate cross-referrals and provide NRI customers access to the full suite of bank products.
3. Relationship Development & Cross-Selling:
- Build and expand NRI customer relationships for liabilities and various banking products.
- Cross-sell third-party products.
- Develop databases for lead generation and identify target market segments.
- Build personal client relationships through calls, emails, and social interactions.
- Drive activation of customers and ensure they meet AQB (Average Quarterly Balance) requirements, promoting direct banking channels.
- Lead and manage RAR contests across NR-focused branches.
4. Special Sales Initiatives & MIS:
- Plan and execute special sales initiatives for both potential and current clients.
- Maintain MIS (Management Information System) to track acquisition and account upgrades.
- Manage complete relationships for assigned customer accounts.
5. Customer Satisfaction & Complaint Management:
- Track and address customer complaints and queries to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Provide feedback for product and service enhancements based on customer interactions.
