Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager for managing Royale CASA portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship management, portfolio handling, customer acquisition, and banking product sales. This role focuses on deepening customer relationships, enhancing customer experience, and growing high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the Royale CASA portfolio in assigned territory.
- Acquire new High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) customers and onboard them into the Royale CASA segment.
- Ensure consistent growth in CASA book through proactive relationship management and acquisition.
- Provide personalized financial solutions to clients through thorough need analysis.
- Achieve targets across product lines including CASA, insurance, investments, and other third-party products.
- Cross-sell banking products to existing customers.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with bank policies.
- Conduct regular client meetings and maintain contact with key account holders.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Handle portfolio hygiene and ensure adherence to KYC norms and other regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, preferably in relationship management or portfolio handling.
- Proven experience in handling HNI clients and high-value portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of CASA products and banking operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with a deep understanding of banking compliance and risk.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
