A. Position Purpose
Drive revenue growth by sourcing and cultivating new-to-bank (NTB) relationships across target segments. Foster deep engagement through cross‑selling of wealth and business banking products to high‑net‑worth individuals (resident & NRI) and business owners.
B. Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Portfolio Expansion
- Grow liability and AUM portfolios via proactive sourcing of high-potential clients.
- Acquire and manage both business and high‑net‑worth individual (resident + NRI) clients.
2. Revenue Generation through Cross‑Sell & Upsell
- Cross‑sell a suite of products including Trade & Forex, Insurance, Retail Assets, and Investments.
- Maximize product penetration per client to enhance exit barriers and client stickiness.
3. Relationship Deepening & Client Ownership
- Deliver a 360° client ownership model—own acquisition, engagement, service, and growth.
- Conduct regular portfolio allocation, performance reviews, and financial health check‑ups.
- Qualify and onboard “Insignia” clients, ensuring top-tier sourcing quality.
4. Advisory & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage product specialists to craft tailored solutions for business and wealth needs.
- Work closely with Client Experience Managers to deliver exceptional client service.
5. Quality & Compliance Excellence
- Strictly adhere to compliance protocols and documentation standards, reducing rejection rates.
- Ensure delivery of accurate and complete documentation throughout client lifecycle.
C. Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Strong financial acumen; familiarity with wealth products, business banking, and portfolio management.
- Proficient in leveraging CRM tools for client tracking, segmentation, and opportunity management.
- Demonstrated success in cross-sell strategies and achieving revenue targets.
- Knowledge of document compliance and KYC/AML protocols.
Interpersonal & Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship management and emotional intelligence—able to build trust and resolve issues .
