Job Description:
- Acquiring and Managing Resident and NRI Clients:
- Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking events.
- Tailor outreach efforts to meet the needs and preferences of both resident and non-resident Indian (NRI) clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and providing personalized solutions.
- Collaboration with Product Specialists:
- Partner with product specialists to stay informed about the latest banking and wealth management solutions.
- Coordinate client engagements that involve product specialists to ensure clients receive tailored solutions.
- Provide feedback to product specialists based on client needs and market trends.
- Work with Service Delivery Ambassadors:
- Collaborate closely with service delivery ambassadors to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Communicate client feedback and service improvement opportunities to service delivery ambassadors.
- Work together to resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Cross-Selling Products:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell trade, foreign exchange (FX), wealth, and insurance products to clients.
- Educate clients about the benefits of additional products and services.
- Customize product recommendations based on each client’s financial situation and goals.
- Portfolio Allocations and Reviews:
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients to assess performance and make any necessary adjustments.
- Provide financial check-ups to ensure clients’ portfolios align with their objectives and risk tolerance.
- Implement portfolio allocations based on clients’ investment preferences and market conditions.
- 360° Client Engagement:
- Take ownership of the client relationship by providing comprehensive support and guidance.
- Regularly communicate with clients through various channels, including meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Anticipate clients’ needs and proactively offer solutions to address them.
- Adherence to Compliance Processes:
- Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements.
