A. Position Purpose
To generate revenue, from sourcing new to bank relationships from Diplomatic Segment including
Embassy/Consulates, related departments, diplomats/ official staff and generating referrals through
proactive relationship building.
B. Position Responsibilities
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Acquiring and managing relationships of Embassy/ Consulates, related divisions, individual
diplomats, official staff accounts. Providing innovative and simplified solutions for customized
banking requirement of diplomatic segments.
2 Growing Liability book across CASA & FCY through deepening of existing relationships and
new acquisition. Revenue generation through existing and NTB relationships, by facilitating FX
transactions and providing innovative solutions.
3 Lead generation & conversion of related high value relationships to augment the portfolio
e.g.: Foreign companies, Consulates, Airlines etc.
3 Increase product penetration and exit barriers, by cross- selling and deepening through
diplomatic portfolios.
4 Work in close coordination with Client Experience Manager’s to deliver business class service
experience to clients.
5 Adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines, while ensuring client convenience.
Reduce rejection rates and improve quality of documentation.
6 Ensuring 360° client engagement – “Total Client Ownership”.
C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential Graduate or Post Graduate/ MBA
Experience
Essential Relevant Experience in Banks preferably with exposure in dealing with
Diplomatic Segment.
Relevant experience as below:
Senior Relationship Manager – 10+ years
Relationship Manager – 6+ years
D. Competency Requirements
Skill Attribute
Product Sound knowledge of banking and regulatory requirements pertaining
to diplomats/diplomatic Missions especially Forex & FCY accounts.
Analytical Good analytical skills, ability to understand client needs and sell range of products.
Environment Knowledge of competitive offering & keeps self updated.
