Job Description
Driving CMS Business in Clusters/Region:
- Building Cluster Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clusters (groups of branches or regions) to promote awareness and adoption of digital banking, collection, and payment solutions.
- Progress Tracking and Branch Training: Monitor and track the adoption and performance of CMS solutions across branches, providing necessary training and support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders (internal and possibly external partners) to drive CMS business growth and initiatives effectively.
Principal Accountabilities – CMS Business:
- Collections Solutions: Oversee various collections methods including physical and electronic collections, payment gateways, NACH (National Automated Clearing House), and POS/QR solutions.
- Payment Solutions: Manage physical and electronic payment systems, including IMPS (Immediate Payment Service), NACH, and escrow/nodal services.
- Digital Banking Solutions: Promote API Banking and UPI (Unified Payments Interface) as part of digital banking solutions.
- Daily CMS Sourcing: Continuously monitor and optimize CMS sourcing at the branch level.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell CMS solutions to current account (CA) and Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs (TASC) clients, focusing on new-to-bank (NTB) and existing relationship value (ERV) clients.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and distribute periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports to stakeholders.
- Client Profitability: Analyze client profitability, especially in cases requiring fee waivers or special considerations.
Major Activities – Compliance & Risk Management:
- Guideline Adherence: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and circulars related to CMS operations.
- SOP Adherence: Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and codes of conduct set by the bank.
- Risk Control: Implement risk control measures and ensure process adherence as per SOPs to mitigate operational risks.
Support/Enablers for Branches/Channels:
- Market-Specific Solutions: Develop tailored CMS solutions for specific markets or segments.
- Opportunity Spotting: Collaborate with relationship teams to identify CMS opportunities in targeted markets, industries, and sectors.
- Employee Training: Conduct training sessions to enhance employees’ understanding and capability in selling and supporting CMS products.
