The ideal candidate will oversee wealth operations across the region, ensuring that the team of Relationship Managers and Cluster Heads effectively manage client relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a regional team of Wealth Managers, Relationship Managers, and Cluster Heads.
- Drive business strategies for wealth management and ensure regional targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to grow the wealth portfolio, improve market share, and increase customer base.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align regional objectives with overall business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or related fields.
- Proven experience in handling large teams, including Relationship Managers and Cluster Heads.
