Purpose of the Role: Premium Current Account Relationship manager
– PCARM will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team, and ensuring theachievement of sales targets for Personal and Commercial Asset products. This role involves building strong
relationships with clients, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
o Drive sales of Personal & Commercial Asset products within the assigned region.
o Develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
o Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and train a team of Relationship Managers & Sales Executives.
o Monitor team performance and provide necessary support for goal achievement.
Client Relationship & Portfolio Management:
o Strengthen relationships with HNI, MSME, and Corporate clients.
o Provide tailored financial solutions based on client needs.
o Ensure high customer satisfaction and service standards.
Operational & Compliance Responsibilities:
o Ensure adherence to banking guidelines, policies, and regulatory norms.
o Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with credit policies.
o Work closely with internal teams for seamless execution of operations.
Key Requirements:
6+ years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services.
Proven track record in asset sales & relationship management.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, credit policies, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
