Role Summary: Power Platform Support & Development Specialist
Support Work (80%)
- Provide ongoing support for enterprise-level MS Power Platform-based apps and automations.
- Manage incident, change, and problem tickets, ensuring resolution within Target Resolution Time (TRT) and aligned to KPIs.
- Maintain and update a knowledge base for automations, known issues, and development risks to streamline support and future enhancements.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and clear, proactive communication.
- Ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in Power Platform (part of a total 4+ years in enterprise development) and experience in support or DevOps roles.
Development Work (20%)
- Analyze processes and develop automations using Power Automate and applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven preferred).
- Deliver changes of low to medium complexity, covering implementation, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Participate in DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD improvement, code repository management, code reviews, and quality checks.
- Bonus Skills: JavaScript, .NET C#, scripting knowledge.
