Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented NRI Sales Manager to lead and expand our Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customer base. The role involves acquiring new NRI clients, deepening existing relationships, and driving sales of banking products and services tailored to the NRI segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new NRI clients through referrals, leads, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing NRI customers to enhance wallet share.
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products such as NRE/NRO accounts, deposits, remittances, loans, and investment services.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations applicable to NRI banking.
- Liaise with branches, wealth teams, and international offices for client servicing and onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve NRI product offerings and marketing strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in NRI sales, relationship management, or retail banking.
- Strong knowledge of NRI banking products, FEMA guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage HNI/NRI clients with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong networking skills with a global mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred:
- Certification in NRI banking or wealth management is an advantage.
- Exposure to international markets or cross-border client servicing.
