Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced NRI Relationship Manager to manage and grow our NRI banking portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, deepening, and retaining relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients by offering customized banking solutions, investment products, and wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of NRI clients across the assigned region.
- Build strong relationships and offer tailor-made financial solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
🔹 Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales of NRI banking products, including NRE/NRO accounts, remittances, deposits, investments, insurance, and wealth solutions.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for wealth management and investment products.
- Achieve financial targets, including revenue, CASA growth, and fee-based income.
🔹 Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and KYC/AML regulations.
- Maintain documentation and compliance standards for NRI accounts and transactions.
- Monitor market trends and provide financial insights to clients.
🔹 Market Intelligence & Networking
- Develop a strong network with NRI communities, referral partners, and local influencers.
- Conduct client events, webinars, and engagement programs to expand business reach.
- Stay updated on international taxation, forex regulations, and investment opportunities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 3-7 years in NRI Banking, Wealth Management, or Relationship Management.
✅ Skills Required:
✔️ Strong knowledge of NRI products (NRE/NRO accounts, FCNR, investment solutions, remittances).
✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
✔️ Understanding of global investment trends, forex, and taxation.
✔️ Ability to acquire and manage high-net-worth NRI clients.
