Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding:
Acquire high-net-worth NRI clients into the Insignia segment through market intelligence, referrals, and strategic networking. - Portfolio Management:
Grow and manage a high-value liability and investment portfolio. Ensure regular financial health check-ups and relationship reviews. - Revenue Generation:
Achieve business targets by cross-selling a wide range of financial products including:- Wealth products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIF)
- Insurance (Life, Health, General)
- Forex & Remittances
- Retail Assets (Loans, Credit Cards)
- Client Deepening:
Drive product penetration by increasing the number of products per client. Build exit barriers through personalized relationship engagement and value addition. - Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to all internal policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines. Focus on high-quality sourcing and zero-defect documentation. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Liaise with internal teams including investment specialists, product managers, and operations to deliver seamless and differentiated client service.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience:
relevant experience in NRI Relationship Management, Priority Banking, or Wealth Sales. - Banking Expertise:
Strong understanding of NRI products, remittance channels, investment offerings, and regulatory requirements. - Sales Acumen:
Proven track record in achieving business targets and portfolio growth through proactive client engagement. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to engage HNI clients and deliver consultative solutions. - Customer-Centric Mindset:
High focus on service excellence and long-term relationship building
