- Portfolio showcasing 2D & 3D motion graphic work.
- Have strong design, layout and animation skills.
- Demonstrated experience with video and sound.
- Experience in a news agency is a big plus.
- Hindi proficiency is a must have.
What you need to do:
- Collaborate with the editorial team to conceptualize and execute 3D elements for interactive multimedia projects.
- Possess a keen understanding of visual storytelling using motion.
- Create high quality and compelling motion graphics that support and enhance visual stories.
- Adapt to tight deadlines and changing priorities while maintaining the quality of work.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and consider all feedback critically.
- Effectively communicating your ideas and the rationale behind design decisions to people within the organization.
- Understand the impact of their work and keep them in mind along with business goals to make creative decisions.
Who you need to be:
- A Motion Graphic Designer with at least 5+ years of experience, preferably in a content space creating visually compelling and high quality motion graphic videos.
- Experience in a newsroom is a big plus.
- A person with really good sense in handling 2D & 3D Animation
- Must be in love with motion graphic tools like 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and also has knowledge Of DSLR Camera, Video Mapping etc.
- Be Autonomous and take full ownership of your work.
- Obsessive about accurate, timely delivery and being the first to break the latest news.
- Serious about current affairs and information design.
- Good understanding of the digital space and different genres: Sports, Politics, Movies, News etc.
