Job Description:

LTIMindtree is seeking a highly skilled MLOps Engineer to join our team to help scale machine learning models and operations across various projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive experience in Machine Learning, DevOps, and Cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage MLOps pipelines to automate machine learning workflows.
• Develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize and scale machine learning models.
• Ensure smooth model deployment, monitoring, and versioning in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for ML models in production.
• Automate model training, validation, and testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the end-to-end ML lifecycle.
• Optimize and troubleshoot models and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines for ML workflows (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or other languages like Java, Scala, or R.
• Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of model monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
