Experienced in Patch management and Software Update Management in co-exist environment using MECM (SCCM+Intune) and modern management technology like MDM Intune.
The EUC Mobile Device Management MDM Specialist is responsible for the management configuration and support of mobile and endpoint devices within the organization This role focuses on deploying and maintaining MDM solutions to ensure the secure and efficient use of mobile devices across the enterprise The MDM Specialist will work closely with the IT and security teams to develop policies resolve issues and support endusers in using mobile devices securely and effectively
Responsibilities
Configure deploy and manage the MDM solution to provide secure access to corporate resources on mobile devices
Monitor troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices including smartphones tablets and laptops through the MDM platform
Develop and enforce security policies on mobile devices to ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and industry standards
Manage user profiles device settings app distribution and OS updates through the MDM solution
Provide enduser support for device setup configuration and troubleshooting
Track and maintain an inventory of all managed mobile devices and perform regular audits to ensure compliance
Collaborate with cross functional teams to support application deployment updates and maintenance on mobile devices
Ensure data protection and security by implementing encryption password policies and remote wipe capabilities on mobile devices
Maintain documentation of MDM configurations policies and procedures
Stay current with MDM technologies industry trends and best practices to continuously improve mobile management processes
