Must Have :
A strong portfolio with links to past graphic design work preferably in the digital content space and interactive web projects.
Experience leading a team in a news agency is a big plus.
Hindi proficiency is a must have.

Successfully managing a team and fostering cross-functional collaboration, particularly with editorial departments.
Create creative, compelling and visually engaging graphics that effectively convey the essence of an editorial story to our audience.
Deliver visuals, charts, information graphics and branding to support daily output.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and consider all feedback critically.
Effectively communicating your ideas and the rationale behind design decisions to people within the organization.
Understand the impact of their work and keep them in mind along with business goals to make creative decisions.
Who You Need To Be
A quick-witted Designer with an experience of 5+ years, preferably in the content space.
Proven leadership abilities.
Experience in a newsroom is a big plus.
Have a really good eye for typography and layout.
Must be in love with Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and other great design tools.
Must be curious / open to exploring new Generative AI tools for Graphics Production and Creativity.
Possess a basic understanding of HTML to effectively collaborate with developers.
Have past experience handling web interactive projects.
Be Autonomous and take full ownership of your work.
Obsessive about accurate, timely delivery and being the first to break the latest news.
Serious about current affairs and information design.
Good understanding of the digital space and different genres : Sports, Politics, Movies, News etc.
