§ Daily Claim Study
§ Post cut off and new failure mode tracking.
§ Claim rejection co-ordination with PST (Field Support Team)
§ EC claims study
§ HCV concern peak analysis
§ Ad hock data analysis requirement
§ Quarterly Sr. Management MIS
§ Supplier RPT / CPU report for Vendor Rating
- Engineering and validation Co-ordination:
- Long drive testing of failed part with validation
- FTR co-ordination with plant
- Solution validation with validation team
- EN release & implementation co-ordination with PD (Design)
- New model / Seeding vehicle carry over failure analysis with validation and concern closure.
- Field failure mode DVP study and analysis
- Emerging concern analysis and update co-ordination with COE
