Position Purpose
To develop and manage a Home Loan Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and connector channel network, provide product training, and activate the channel to generate new business for retail home loan products.
Position Responsibilities
- Product Management
- Oversee daily operations related to Retail Lending Products.
- Launch new products/variants in line with the bank’s strategy and review existing products/variants regularly.
- Performance and Data Management
- Develop and execute product-related performance metrics.
- Streamline data flow for all managed products.
- Portfolio Monitoring
- Regularly monitor the portfolio to track progress towards defined targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Policy, Credit, Legal, and Compliance teams to develop and execute product-related processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, review risk policies, and manage product kits and rewards programs.
- Technology Utilization
- Implement technology solutions to reduce errors, improve turnaround times (TATs), and enhance processing efficiency.
- Marketing and Campaigns
- Run marketing campaigns through various mediums (Online, SMS, Email, etc.).
- Develop acquisition-focused marketing programs for cross-selling retail lending products to existing customers.
- Market Intelligence and Customer Insights
- Generate market intelligence, understand buyer preferences, and conduct competition mapping.
- Investigate market trends to understand customer requirements.
- Cost Management
- Review and suggest cost-saving measures to stay within budget for the Product P&L.
