Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will work closely with HCL Contractors to ensure the effective performance of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans are Documented in MWS. Additionally, this role will involve managing projects related to IT resiliency reporting, Metrics, Dashboards and ensuring they are completed on time, within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review & Validate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) docs.
• Review and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
• Coordinate with HCL team and ensure DR tests are documented, monitor results and identifying areas for improvement.
• Work with compliance team on identified risk & report the findings & solutions
• Monitor the risk register tracker & update the status
• Collaborate with HCL Team & application leaders to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with resiliency objectives.
• Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Carry out DR drills with application teams to ensure IT infrastructure and support personnel are capable of meeting recovery objectives
• Ensure third party cloud providers are capable of meeting critical application recovery objectives & escalate.
• Advise leadership of risk outcomes across application recovery and business continuity
• Monitor and report on the progress status of BIA and DR activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Manage IT resiliency projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IT infrastructure and application management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
