Mandatory Skills:
- Public Cloud: Azure Administration (minimum 5 years)
- Integration Tool/DevOps Tool/CI/CD: Azure DevOps (2-3 years)
- Infra as Code (IaC): Terraform (1-2 years)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Resource Manager templates, Terraform, or Azure Bicep.
- Write and maintain Terraform code to automate the provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure.
- Design and implement Terraform modules for infrastructure components.
- Design and implement Azure solutions with high availability and fault tolerance.
- Monitor and maintain Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and databases, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices for cost optimization, including resource right-sizing and budget management.
- Incorporate security into all stages of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and the CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) process.
- Promote security best practices into the organization’s DevOps pipelines.
- Maintain updated documentation of HB’s Azure Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other departments for delivering risk-based security improvements, secure cloud solutions, and workloads.
- Provide support and maintain the day-to-day operations of Azure cloud environment.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience with Cloud Computing technologies (Microsoft Azure preferred).
- Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and configuration management tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Well-Architected Framework (WAF), and Microsoft Enterprise Scale landing zones.
- Experience with DevOps tools, including Azure DevOps, git, etc.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies.
- Sufficient knowledge of the latest Cyber Security and Cloud technologies as well as the latest technologies and methodologies used by developers.
- Qualifications such as AZ-400, AZ-500, GCSA, CDP, HashiCorp would be considered an advantage.
