Job Description:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team comprising Sales Officers and Acquisition Managers focused on credit card sales.
- Productivity Enhancement: Oversee and improve the productivity of the open market team, ensuring the achievement or surpassing of sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Drive credit card sales by implementing effective team management strategies and executing strategic initiatives in the open market.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline the process of credit card issuance, ensuring a seamless experience from sourcing to card activation.
- Ownership of Sales Process: Take full ownership of the credit card sales process, from sourcing potential customers to application submission and coordination with operations and credit teams for timely approvals.
- Business Development: Cultivate and sustain relationships with corporate clients for potential tie-ups and explore avenues for business development.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms established by the company to uphold regulatory compliance standards.
