Job Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Signature Banking Relationship Managers, fostering their professional development and ensuring high performance.
- Effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals in the Signature Banking sector, aligning team efforts with organizational objectives.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Enhance engagement of High Net Worth Customers through joint calls with Relationship Managers, cultivating strong relationships and addressing client needs effectively.
- Product Focus and Delivery:
- Ensure team focus and consistent delivery across all products, including Balance-sheet, Contactibility, Investment & Insurance, Asset products, and Trade Forex, as per defined vectors.
- Portfolio Quality Monitoring:
- Monitor and review Relationship Manager portfolios for quality and hygiene metrics, ensuring adherence to standards and optimizing client portfolios.
- Target Achievement and Performance Management:
- Drive the team towards achieving Relationship Manager targets, conducting performance evaluations in consultation with stakeholders and providing necessary support for improvement.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Lead efforts in hiring and retaining competent team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Client Needs Analysis and Alignment:
- Conduct portfolio analysis with Relationship Managers, aligning offerings with client needs and ensuring a personalized approach to service delivery.
- Cross-selling Collaboration and Networking:
- Work closely with other Business Units, Regional sales teams, and Branch Teams to leverage cross-sell opportunities, utilizing strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Compliance Adherence and Process Orientation:
- Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines, demonstrating a strong commitment to integrity and professionalism, along with a self-disciplined approach to adhere to laid-down processes.
Key Skills:
- Sales Management expertise with strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Vernacular languages.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Proven ability to plan and deliver business goals effectively.
- Experience in financial services with good knowledge of wealth management, Third Party Products (TPP), and asset domains.
