Key Roles:
- Manage a team of Premium Current Account Relationship Managers (RMs).
- Ensure the acquisition of Premium Current Account customers in the branch and enhance the value of these accounts through the RM team.
- Conduct regular catchment mapping and scoping for CA and Trade Forex business through the team of PCA-RMs, preparing a list of potential high-value customers from each identified segment.
- Maintain continuous customer engagement with all customers sourced by the team through customer visits/joint calls.
- Drive profile-based cross-selling of value-added products such as Trade Forex, CMS, POS, Doorstep Banking, Working capital, and other loan needs.
- Implement a sales monitoring mechanism to measure team productivity.
- Monitor the quality of product sourcing to evaluate developmental needs of the sales team and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Achieve Relationship Manager targets.
- Effectively manage and motivate the team.
- Hire and retain competent team members.
- Collaborate closely with other Business Units, Regional level sales teams, and Branch Teams to leverage Acquisition and Cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines.
