Job Description:
The Area Head – PCARM will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for Personal and Commercial Asset products. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Export Finance
Self-starter, Understanding of financial markets and economic trends, excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage complex client requirements.
Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing portfolio of High Value Entity
customers
Good experience in acquiring Trade Forex, EXIM Customers
Sales experience and knowledge of products like CMS, Lending, POS machines
Demonstrate ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing
initiative
Strong strategic ,communication and negotiation skills

- Build and manage a team of 8-12 Premium Current Account RMs
- Ensure acquisition of Premium Current account customers and value build up in
- the accounts.
- Responsible for achieving the allocated targets pertaining to CA productivity and
- fee income through Trade & Fx, Assets, Debit cards and CMS.
- Identification and development of new business segments and geographical areas
- to generate business opportunities.
- To ensure regular catchment mapping & scoping for the CA, Trade forex Business
- through a team of PCARMs, prepare a list of potential high value customers from
- each identified segments in the catchment
- Working in a dynamic and fast paced environment with cross-functional teams to
- design, collaborate and provide tailored solutions for customer needs.
- To maintain continuous customer engagement with all customers sourced by Team
- through customer visits /joint calls
- Drive profile based cross sell of value added products such as Trade Forex ,CMS,
- POS, Doorstep banking ,Working capital / other loan needs
- To implement the sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the
- team
- To monitor the quality of products sourcing in order to evaluate developmental
- needs of the sales team and drive the sales system towards quality standards
- Effectively manage and motivate team
- Hiring and retention of competent team members
- Working closely with other Business Units, Regional level sales team and Branch
- Team to leverage Acquisition and Cross-sell opportunities
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
- Coordination with other departments to ensure an enabling work environment and
- infrastructure for the team
- Performance evaluation of RM Team in consultation with other stakeholders
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in managing Personal & Commercial Loan products.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Sales, or a related field preferred.
