About the Program

Recruitment is a professional skill developed through real hiring exposure, structured guidance, and outcome ownership — not classroom theory alone.

The Select – Train – Hire Program is a selective industry–academia collaboration designed to prepare MBA HR final-year students for careers in recruitment and talent acquisition, while enabling Changeleaders to identify and develop job-ready HR professionals.

More than an internship

This program is not a conventional internship. It is a performance-driven career pathway that runs parallel to academics and does not interfere with campus placements.

Participation & College Association

How Colleges Can Participate

  • Colleges must formally reach out to Changeleaders to participate in this program.
  • Direct student applications to Changeleaders will not be entertained.
  • Any student reaching out directly will be redirected to Recruiterv.com for general information.

Participation is enabled only through institutional association.

Expectations from Participating Colleges

  • Nominate serious and career-focused MBA HR students.
  • Ensure student availability during weekly live coaching sessions.
  • Provide academic alignment and support where required.

No infrastructure support is required from the college.

Student Readiness & Selection

  • Each student must have a laptop, stable internet, and reliable power access.
  • Selection is conducted entirely online — no campus visits for evaluation.
  • All interactions, evaluations, and onboarding are handled virtually.

This ensures consistency, fairness, and scalability.

Cohort Structure

From each participating college, only five (5) students are selected. The cohort operates as a rotational leadership unit:

  • 5 selected MBA HR students
  • 1 monthly Student Lead (rotates every month among the 5 students)

Leadership Rotation Model

Each month, one student from the cohort acts as the Student Lead, responsible for coordination and peer accountability.

  • Students committed to building a career in recruitment
  • Students seeking final placement in the recruitment industry
  • Willing to commit 4–5 focused hours per week for 6 months

Program Model: Select · Train · Hire

1. Select

Students are selected based on:

  • Communication skills and confidence
  • Clear focus on a recruitment career
  • Seamless availability for required working hours
  • Willingness to commit for the full 6-month duration

Selection is merit-based and highly selective.

2. Train

Training is delivered through live recruitment assignments, not simulations:

  • One live job role every week
  • Job requirement understanding
  • Candidate sourcing & HR screening
  • Interview coordination and follow-ups

Weekly 1-hour live coaching session (typically Friday or Saturday afternoons).
Average weekly commitment: 4–5 hours.

3. Hire

Performance is evaluated through verified candidate joinings during the program.

Career outcomes with Changeleaders are merit-based and linked to actual hiring results.

Placement opportunities with Changeleaders are determined by the number of successful joinings a student drives during the 6-month program.

3–5 successful joinings ₹3,00,000 per annum
6 or more successful joinings ₹4,00,000 per annum

Final designation on placement: Associate Consultant – Recruitment

  • All offers are strictly performance-based.
  • Subject to ethical conduct and full program completion.
  • Independent of campus placement processes.

Incentives & Recognition

  • ₹5,000 incentive for every successful candidate joining.
  • Letter of Recommendation for students achieving at least one successful joining in a month.
  • Program Completion Certificate for students who complete the full 6-month program.

Program Duration & Commitment

  • Total duration: 6 months
  • Runs alongside academic schedules.
  • Examination leaves will be provided.

Early Exit Policy:
Students exiting before completing the full program duration will not be eligible for the Program Completion Certificate, Letter of Recommendation, or placement consideration. This ensures fairness and seriousness across cohorts.
