Key Responsibilities:

DaaS Management

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of DaaS solutions.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of the DaaS infrastructure.
• Continuously monitor virtual desktop environments to identify and resolve performance or availability issues.

Technical Support

• Provide expert-level support for virtual desktop services to end-users and internal IT teams.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to DaaS platforms, networking, and endpoint access.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers for advanced troubleshooting and maintenance.

System Optimization

• Analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of DaaS configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and DaaS.

Security and Compliance

• Ensure all DaaS systems comply with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Implement role-based access controls and manage user permissions within the DaaS environment.
• Conduct periodic security audits and risk assessments to safeguard virtual desktop resources.

Project Management

• Lead and contribute to DaaS-related projects, such as platform upgrades, environment migrations, and new deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Provide training, documentation, and best practices guidance to IT staff and end-users.
