Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Finance Analyst (International Operations) to support financial planning, performance monitoring, and process improvements across global business units. The ideal candidate will work closely with international teams and central IT to ensure data hygiene, timely reporting, and insight-driven decision-making.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
👉 Review and analyze monthly financial performance of international units versus plan and previous year
👉Prepare detailed analytical reports for senior leadership across areas like credit control, sales, margins, and overheads
👉Conduct financial hygiene checks and internal controls on unit-level financials
👉Identify and drive process improvement initiatives, coordinating closely with international teams and central IT
👉Perform deep-dive exception analysis in customer credit and sales margin areas
👉Act as a liaison with international units to gather both regular and ad-hoc financial data
👉Provide ongoing support and guidance to international teams in areas of finance and IT

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Must Have Hands on Experience in SAP
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business finance roles
• Exposure to international financial operations and multi-currency environments is a plus
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of SAP/ERP tools is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail with an ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
