Role Overview:

As an IVY Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the bank’s premium customer portfolio under the IVY segment. You will be expected to provide superior service, offer tailored financial solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (IVY) customers.
  • Build and deepen relationships through proactive engagement and financial advisory.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets for banking and wealth products including CASA, FD, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Loan products.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their banking needs are being met.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of IVY customers, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Monitor and control attrition of the portfolio and ensure customer stickiness.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting wealth customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably with HNI clients in banking/wealth management.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and investment instruments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • AMFI, IRDA, and NISM certifications preferred.
