Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Trainer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective sales training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our frontline sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training need analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements across branches
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging sales training modules (classroom, on-the-job, and digital formats)
- Equip sales executives with the knowledge of products, customer handling, and compliance processes
- Monitor, evaluate, and report training effectiveness through assessments and field performance tracking
- Collaborate with regional and branch managers to ensure training objectives align with business goals
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate best practices in training delivery
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training, preferably in BFSI or NBFC sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of customer service and financial products (especially gold loans, insurance, MSME lending)
- Willingness to travel across branches for training delivery
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in regional languages (Marathi, Hindi, and English)
- Hands-on experience with digital training tools and LMS platforms
