Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and play a key role in setting up and supporting branch infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing administrative functions in a multi-branch financial services setup and should be capable of implementing processes that ensure operational efficiency and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Setup & Infrastructure:
    • Coordinate end-to-end branch setup including facility readiness, utilities, office equipment, and initial administrative processes.
    • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and local authorities to ensure timely and compliant branch establishment.
  • Daily Administrative Operations:
    • Supervise and streamline day-to-day administrative functions including housekeeping, security, courier, stationery, and office maintenance.
    • Maintain proper documentation and records as per organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Vendor & Asset Management:
    • Manage vendor relationships for facility services, AMC contracts, equipment procurement, and office supplies.
    • Track, maintain, and audit branch assets and inventories.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensure branches comply with all local legal, safety, and company standards.
    • Support audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Team Coordination & Support:
    • Coordinate with HR, IT, and Finance departments for infrastructure and employee support services.
    • Supervise junior admin staff and branch support teams as needed.
