We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, and support of the SAP FICO modules to meet the business needs of our organization. This individual will work closely with business users to understand their processes and requirements, and then translate those into effective SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, etc.).
- Work with business stakeholders to understand finance and controlling business processes and provide functional solutions within the SAP system.
- Handle end-to-end implementation and support projects.
- Create functional specifications for custom developments and work with ABAP developers.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.
- Provide training and documentation to users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.).
- Manage change requests and ensure accurate documentation
