Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application functionality and testing needs.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify bugs and performance issues.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Report defects clearly and manage defect tracking using tools like JIRA.
- Continuously improve test coverage and automation frameworks.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and trends in test automation.
