Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will:

• Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Promote employment branding to establish Muthoot Fincorp as an employer of choice.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
• Source candidates via social media, professional networks, and job fairs.
• Lead interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Implement strategies for employee retention and development.
• Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, equipping them with tools and training.
• Represent Muthoot Fincorp at career fairs and industry events.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring strategies.
