Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure timely completion of tax returns and filings.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Monitor financial transactions, ensure accurate recording, and analyze variances.
• Provide insightful recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiencies.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Strong communication skills to interact with senior management, auditors, and clients.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
