Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Perform network upgrades and maintenance as required.
Work on network automation and scripting for improved efficiency.
Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for problem resolution.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers.
Conduct root cause analysis for network-related incidents and provide solutions.
Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in networking and security.
Strong expertise in routing & switching (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.).
Experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.).
Knowledge of VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and wireless networks.
Hands-on experience with network automation (Python, Ansible, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Professional certifications like CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are a plus.
