Job Overview:
We are seeking a Décor Sales Executive to drive sales in categories like wallpaper, furniture, etc., while managing network expansion and ensuring customer satisfaction in Bengaluru. This role involves achieving sales targets, coordinating deliveries, and building relationships with retailers, architects, and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Delivery: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for décor categories. Coordinate material delivery to retailers.
- Network Expansion: Maintain and grow existing retailer networks, monitor outstanding payments, and engage with architects/interior designers for secondary sales.
- Customer Handling: Address customer issues, provide resolutions, and maintain satisfaction.
- Retailing: Ensure effective product displays, manage new product ranges, and dispose of outdated collections.
- Adherence to Metrics: Meet visit metrics like DVR and VFI for customer engagement.
