Key Responsibilities:
Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain comprehensive application
packaging and image management solutions, including architecture design and
deployment strategies.
Application Packaging: Create, test, and deploy application packages using
industry-standard tools and methodologies (e.g., MSI, App-V, ThinApp).
Image Management: Design, create, and maintain operating system images for
various platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.
Automation: Implement automation scripts and tools to streamline application
packaging and image management processes.
Integration: Integrate application packaging and image management solutions
with existing IT infrastructure, including SCCM, Active Directory, and other
management tools.
Security: Ensure all application packages and images meet security standards
and compliance requirements.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of
application packages and images, addressing any issues and implementing
improvements as needed.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of application
packaging and image management processes, configurations, and best
practices.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams
on application packaging and image management solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends
in application packaging and image management, and continuously improve
solutions and processes.
