Job Description:

Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly skilled DocuSign Configuration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and integrating DocuSign solutions to meet business needs. This role is suited for individuals with a proven track record in DocuSign configurations and API integrations, with a focus on efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • DocuSign Configuration: Extensive hands-on experience with DocuSign configuration, including templates, workflows, tags, and envelopes.
  • DocuSign API: Expertise in API integrations (REST API) for automating and extending DocuSign functionalities with third-party applications and systems.
  • Integration Experience: Strong understanding of integrating DocuSign with other business applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Customization: Ability to customize DocuSign templates, workflows, and forms to meet specific business needs.
  • Security and Authentication: Experience with OAuth, certificate-based authentication, and understanding of security best practices in DocuSign.
  • Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms and the deployment of DocuSign solutions in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

  • DocuSign Configuration: Configure and customize DocuSign solutions to meet the specific requirements of the business, including envelope creation, workflows, and templates.
  • API Integration: Develop and manage DocuSign API-based integrations with internal and external systems to automate workflows and data exchange.
  • Automation and Customization: Implement DocuSign Connect, PowerForms, and API-driven automation for seamless document signing and transaction management.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for DocuSign configurations, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions for efficient operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment with business goals and optimize DocuSign workflows.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for configurations and integrations. Train team members and users on DocuSign best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve DocuSign usage and overall business processes through automation and smarter configuration.
