About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device
Management (MDM) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level Intune and MDM solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and
other related technologies to ensure secure and efficient mobile device management
across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Architecture: Develop and implement comprehensive Intune and
MDM solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of Intune and MDM
solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Security Management: Ensure robust security policies and compliance
standards are maintained across all mobile devices.
Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for
Intune and MDM-related issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to align MDM
strategies with organizational goals.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of MDM
architectures, configurations, and processes.
Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for IT staff and end-users on
Intune and MDM best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years
focused on Intune and MDM solutions.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint
Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity
Fundamentals, or equivalent.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and related
technologies.
o Strong understanding of mobile device management, security policies,
and compliance standards.
o Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, etc.).
Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other MDM solutions (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE,
MobileIron).
Knowledge of network security and endpoint protection.
Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure.
