Job Purpose:

The Cluster Head will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients with investment amounts of Rs. 1 Crore and above. The role involves acquiring New-to-the-Firm (NTF) clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring team performance. Additionally, the Cluster Head will focus on AUM growth, client retention, and maintaining a strong market presence for the company in the Wealth Management segment.


Key Deliverables:

  • Cluster Business Plan Execution:
    Develop and execute cluster-level business plans to drive the Wealth Management sales efforts across designated regions. Tailor strategies to acquire new clients, expand market share, and enhance the company’s positioning in the Wealth Management segment.
  • Sales Growth & Performance:
    Ensure that sales targets are consistently met by leading the team and supporting them in achieving individual goals. Focus on driving business growth through a mix of client acquisition, AUM growth, and cross-selling of services
  • Continuous Improvement of Sales Effectiveness:
    Analyze sales processes and team performance to identify areas of improvement. Implement training, best practices, and tools that enhance the team’s ability to convert leads and meet their targets, improving sales effectiveness across the cluster.
  • Team Leadership & Motivation:
    Lead and motivate the sales team to perform at their best, providing ongoing support, guidance, and feedback. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment that helps team members achieve both personal and organizational goals.
  • Competitive Differentiation:
    Differentiate the company from competitors by promoting its unique value proposition. Focus on the company’s research-driven approach to Wealth Management, ensuring it stands out in the competitive landscape.
  • Brand Building & Market Positioning:
    Engage in brand-building activities that highlight the company’s strength in research-based wealth advisory services. Position MOPW as a trusted thought leader in the Wealth Management space, enhancing its reputation and market visibility.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    Lead the acquisition of New-to-the-Firm (NTF) clients and develop long-term relationships with HNI, UHNI, and corporate clients. Provide personalized wealth advisory services that meet the diverse financial goals of clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • AUM & Book Size Growth:
    Ensure the continuous growth of Assets Under Management (AUM) by identifying new investment opportunities, enhancing the performance of client portfolios, and expanding the overall book size.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in Wealth Management or a related financial services industry
  • Proven experience in managing and acquiring HNI, UHNI, and corporate clients
  • Strong background in Wealth Platforms, Banking, or Financial Advisory
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, growing AUM, and leading teams

Domain Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of wealth management products, services, and financial planning
  • Expertise in managing client portfolios, asset allocation, and investment solutions
  • Understanding of the regulatory framework in the wealth management industry
